Ticketing & Refund Policy
1. Ticket Purchases
All tickets for Todd Creek Players productions are sold through our official website or authorized third-party platforms (like Square). Your ticket is a revocable license to attend a specific performance.
2. Refund and Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final: Unless otherwise stated, ticket purchases are non-refundable. Exchanges: We may allow ticket exchanges for a different performance of the same production, subject to availability and a $5 processing fee. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled performance. Donating Your Ticket: If you cannot attend, you may choose to "turn back" your ticket as a tax-deductible donation to our nonprofit. Please contact us prior to showtime to receive a donation receipt.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If a performance is canceled or postponed due to weather, artist illness, or other unforeseen circumstances: We will attempt to contact you via the email provided at checkout. You will be offered the choice of a ticket to a rescheduled date, a credit for a future production, or a full refund.
4. Late Seating & Entry
To ensure the best experience for our performers and audience: Latecomers will be seated only at the discretion of the House Manager during a suitable break in the performance. We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or fails to comply with venue rules.
5. Recording and Photography
The use of cameras, video recorders, or recording devices is strictly prohibited during performances to protect the intellectual property of the Todd Creek Players and our licensing agreements.
